Hunkemöller is searching for a passionate and hands-on HR Junior Assistant Administration (m/f/x) for a replacement contract 28hours/ 4 days a week, office hours 09.00- 17.00.
Our HR team serves the needs of all our passionate employees, whilst remaining customer focused. Underpinning all of this is the desire to create a great place to work for our employees.

Our ideal candidate has knowledge of  (employment) contract related actions and is able to answering first-line questions on all HR related topics (employment changes, absence etc.).
You'll continuously support our employees in Belgium-France and Luxembourg, as well as our HR Advisors in aspects of administration. The role requires a true service-related attitude, a hands-on personality and a 'can do' mentality. 

Key responsibilities include:

•              Working closely with our HR Advisors & payroll to support all Store employees and their managers in all HR Administration needs:

  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Support on illness related topics
  • Maintaining contracts (e.g. transfers or promotions) or adjusting CLA or performance related salary adjustments
  • Manage correspondence and documentation as needed
  • Supporting our HR Advisors in projects or daily queries from their specific regions
  • Being a reliable and respected contact person for first line questions on HR related topics for Sales employees and their managers while giving world class service
  • Being eager to constantly revise our processes to improve in efficiency, but also advising our employees in best ways of working within our global HR system, Workday

The Perfect candidate needs to be a Hunkemöller brand ambassador and fan who…

  • Has finished an education in HR or Administrations
  • Speaks fluently Dutch, French and English.
  • Has the ability to deal with deadlines, targets and multiple priorities
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while providing quality customer service to employees
  • Preferably has :
    • Knowledge on HR systems, such as Workday, HR People Soft, SAP or similar programs
    • Has a first experience in Payroll/payroll systems
    • An expanded knowledge of Excell
    • experience in retail, hospitality or other service industry
